Florae
Florae is a short animated film by Pam Laenen about a girl learning to deal with her anxiety and depression. Working on this short film was one of my favorite experiences at WdKA, as it was a great collaboration, and the subject matter and style were unlike anything i've worked on before or since. I'm not responsible for the coloring or backgrounds in the shots presented above.

Creature walk cycles
A large collection of strange creature designs and walk cycles i did for a school project. These were projected onto an installation built by spatial students.
Children of the Marshes
Children of the marshes was a group project at WdKA, a pitch for a potential tv show. The director, storyboard artist and editor was Frank van Zanten. I'm responsible for the character design and character animation. I had around 3 weeks to work on it so the animation is somewhat rushed, but there are still some shots i like.
Animation tests, walkcycles and more
The first video is a short explainimation i made in my first year. I replaced the sound effects and voice over in this version because in retrospect i think they detract from the video. The theme of the video is gender neutral bathrooms and the debate surrounding them.
